Add new xmas maps to nominate list

    Could someone please add the xmas maps that were introduced with the smissmas update to our default map and nominate lists?

    Includes pl_pier (this means that pl_pier_b23 can be removed from server)
    ctf_snowfall_final
    pd_snowville_event
    pl_wutville_event (may mean that pl_wutville_beta2 can be removed from server)

    I'm working with maps right now.

    I'll toss these on the server once it dies for the night. It's still hopping right now.
