Well, in sorting out my hard drive issues, I lost ALL of my sprays. You guys likely remember, I had some crazy cool animated sprays. The site that I used to use to make them has shut down and VTFedit is the only option now. However, I am unable to get it to process sprays into a working gif. Any other ways to make animated sprays for TF2?
WAAAAAY back in my hayday of making sprays this is how i used VTF, go into photoshop, or Flash (Animator now) with your GIF that you want to use then isolate every single frame that you wish to use as an individual jpg then import those jpgs into VTFeditor and it should work. But i havn't done it in years so i could be missing a few steps XD
Ive tried that! VTF does not process it properly. It ends up remaining as a single frame. There are no other software options out there? Someone could coin a mint making something like that and charging 99 cents.
