I'ma tell you the same as I told errybuddy. Play thru the tutorial! You can go through each class, check out their abilities and ultimates. Find something you like, find a few you like. I, personally, can play all the classes to some degree. Maybe not proficiently on all of them, but enough that I can switch off to whatever is needed to break through a choke-point or cap a point. But I have always played utility like that. As far as Busey, he's next on the list for the Overwatch transplant!
Trizz, you'll be fine. Its very user friendly to start. At its most basic, every hero has about 4 unique abilities including an ultimate. Thats pretty much it.
One of the best parts of this game is the interactive environment. Your creativity is the only limit in Overwatch.
What to do when you run into this guy... For our newer players, OW does not have the toxicity that Dota does, for example. But, the trolls are out there. OW has a simple system in place. Click "O" for your social menu. Click "recent players" to find the troll. Right click on name. Click "block". Done. You will not play a round with that person again, either on your team or against your team. But, if you like someone, the way they play, but don't want to friend them, same method, just click "prefer". Over time the algorithms work very well and will create a far better game for you in solo que and grouped with friends.
