I can see an individual loosing interest in BDO really fast the material gathering gets old pretty quick for the jobs, although the world is very pretty and the action based combat is very fast and challenging

The crafting system is quite diverse, but it requires a lot of investment into workers and nodes. I've had a bit of fun dabbling in making armor and boats aside from facerolling into a keyboard killing monsters (my Valkyrie is 57 now and I'm struggling to get a TRI Awakening weapon. @.@) and fishing all day.

But yeah, it's quite a grind, but if you enjoy playing something like a second life in a medieval setting, BDO is worth a shot if you catch if on sale for 10 USD.

    Update:
Got my girlfriend Pokemon Moon. Here`s some key reactions:
    1. "Can I kick the kids and take their Pokemons?"
    2. "Do I end up sleeping with Pr. Kukui? Oh wait, he's my cousin?"
    3. "Why can't I kick shit around?"
    4. She got a Popplio, and ended up calling it "Prepussienne", which is a play on the french word for foreskin.
What have we learn? My gf is as goofy and childish as I am, so Genital Jousting is next on the list.
