[TF2] [Map Addition]: cp_arena_trains_b2

Hello everyone,

This is a fun goof-around map I created a few years ago. It is based off of a pre-arena arena-style map.

Rounds are short but intense. I recommend 5 rounds as a starting point for a ~10-15 minute map time.

This is one of the few maps I've made that I did a full release on Gaming Banana:
