[TF2] [Map Addition] pl_corrode_rc2

Not sure if we've had this map or not, but I think it's an awesome map. If no one likes it, we can just remove it from the nominate list instead of from the server entirely.

I don't know if this is relevant, but I had a lot of fun on Corrode last night. I hope we'll see it come up more often!
